1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Remi mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Remi is operated by Remi Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

Remi is a voice-first personal expense tracking application for iOS. The App allows users to log expenses via voice input, which are then processed using artificial intelligence to categorize and summarize spending. Remi is not a financial advisor, bank, or payment processor. The App is intended for personal expense tracking purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

The App may be used without creating an account. Certain features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Pricing & Subscriptions

Remi is free to use. Every user receives 30 AI-powered expense parses per month at no cost, along with unlimited voice expense logging, daily and weekly summaries, and spending insights.

Remi Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered at $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, that removes the monthly AI parse limit. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same term unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple’s standard terms and refund policies apply. We do not process payments or store payment information ourselves.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s services or servers
• Use the App to transmit malicious code or harmful data
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Remi Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated categorizations and summaries are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remi Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
